Hands-on Lean manufacturing consultancy support is available at different levels depending on the needs of the individual manufacturing company.
Training Information & Registration
Lean Level I (7 Days)
The 7 day Lean Level 1 certificate program provides more In-depth learning and application of the Lean concepts, ideal for further developing your internal Lean champions. Classes take place inside workplace settings with industry tours to show the practical application of Lean in day to day operations. The final two days are spent working through a business case where participants will apply all the Lean tools they have learned to improve company processes. More Information

Lean Level II Greenbelt (14 Days)
Develop your internal resources, ability to lead teams and facilitate groups through Kaizen events to improve your business processes. Payback on the cost of the course is typically demonstrated though the application of the tools in the workplace during the course. The participants gain confidence in facilitation and develop valuable contacts through networks. They learn how to set targets and measure results. This program builds leadership skills. Lean Level III Blackbelt (20 Days)
A great way to continue development of internal Lean leaders. This course is designed for advanced Lean practitioners with experience in practical application and facilitation. Following the proven “train and do” method, participants will learn how to develop Lean; strategy, culture, and facilitators. Through the course participants will be challenged to apply what they have learned and demonstrate results. They will emerge as more confident Lean practitioners, ready to strategically lead business improvement and further develop Lean culture.

Lean Principles 101 (1 Day)
An introduction to Lean concepts is ideal for companies starting their Lean journey or for new employees joining your Lean Teams. The basic Lean concepts, terms, and tools are defined and reinforced though participation in a Lean simulation to show how to apply Lean tools in the workplace. More Information
