Purpose:  Productivity improvements through innovation and Lean concepts necessary to maintain manufacturing competitiveness.

Trade

Purpose:  To help Manitoba manufacturers expand their global market reach, increase revenue, and strengthen their supply chains.

• Train  on specifics of International; trade, marketing, finance and research for application into an International strategy.
• Identify National and International trade networks to develop and build new business opportunities.

Technology

Purpose:  To create awareness of the benefits of embracing technology and innovation to tightly link Manitoba manufacturers with technology solutions in an efficient and effective method.

• Provide training programs to support internal technology & innovation development.

 Human Resources:

Purpose:  Provide a solid foundation on human resources training and tools directly aligned with the needs of Manitoba manufacturers.
