TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION

If you plan on sharing your registration with a company colleague, there are a few
important things you need to remember to avoid challenges at the conference:

1. Name Tag Holder MUST be worn and visible at all times while at the conference.  There is only ONE Name Tag Holder per registration.
2. Name Tag Holder MUST be left at the Registration Desk, along with the name of the person replacing you, so a new name card can be printed and placed in the Name Tag Holder.
3. Replacement delegate must check in at the Registration Desk to register/pick up the Name Tag Holder.
