He will describe how one company’s shop floor was transformed to capitalize on the benefits of ‘Pull Systems’ by putting the floor under the control of the people visually and simply and installing a winning simple system that earned his company recognition from Sears as the “Best JIT Implementation Supplier” with 100% on time delivery in the first year of operation.
