AWARENESS SESSION: LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

LEAN Leadership Development gives participants the tools they need to be effective leaders in an adaptable and agile workforce. The unique program builds on LEAN employee engagement philosophies, the LEAN toolbox and uses mentorship and on-one-on telephone coaching to help participants internalize teachings and incorporate them into their daily routines during this two-month course.
