Advanced Manufacturing Workshop
This workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding of Industry 4.0 and how it can be applied in a Manitoba context. We will engage in multi-sectoral discussions to explore the opportunities that exist for Manitoba industry with respect to Industry 4.0, as well as the challenges we face. There is NO charge to attend this event!
The workshop features:
- A presentation by Dr. Jean-Francois Hétu of NRC
- An overview of Advanced Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 research capabilities at University of Manitoba
- Technology target area breakout sessions
- Local case studies of successful Industry 4.0 implementation
